Terms of Service
Clear, fair terms for how we work together — scope, payments, revisions and ownership.
01Agreement
By engaging 247FORTIFY360 COMMUNICATIONS or using this website, you agree to these terms. Each project is also governed by the specific proposal, quotation or scope document we issue and you approve.
02Scope of work
Deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in the approved proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
03Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after an initial deposit, with the balance due on delivery. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise.
04Timelines and client input
We commit to the agreed schedule provided that content, feedback and approvals are supplied on time. Delays in client input may shift delivery dates accordingly.
05Revisions
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional rounds or changes of direction after approval are billed at our standard rate.
06Ownership and licensing
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of working files, unused concepts and our internal tools and frameworks. Third-party fonts, stock assets and platform fees are licensed in your name where required.
07Publishing services
For ghostwriting and publishing engagements, the author retains full copyright and royalties for the finished manuscript. Ghostwriters do not claim authorship. Platform approval timelines (for example Amazon KDP) are outside our control.
08Portfolio use
We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Confidential and unreleased work is never published without your consent.
09Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point, plus any non-refundable third-party costs, remains payable. Deposits cover work already scheduled and performed.
10Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with professional care but do not guarantee specific commercial results such as revenue, rankings or follower counts. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant deliverable.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
